Growing up in Indiana, Dr. Amy Kappes dreamed of becoming a physician like her dad and grandfather. Making Palm Beach County her home after medical school, Dr. Kappes has found much joy serving this community. “I love working with my patients to personalize a care plan and see them improve and thrive,” she says. “I especially enjoy working with seniors and the conversations we have. They paved the way for younger generations, and we owe so much to them,” Dr. Kappes adds.
Outside of work, Dr. Kappes likes to spend time with her husband and son, go to church, exercise, read, travel, hike, and camp. During a recent road trip out west, she fell in love with Grand Teton and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and looks forward to going back one day.
