About Andrew Aruca, MD
Dr. Andrew Aruca always knew he wanted to “work closely with people and help make a difference.” After shadowing a primary care physician, he was “moved by the impact they were making in their community.” Dr. Aruca loves being able to see his patients often and assist them in receiving “the medical care they need and deserve.” He views his colleagues as teammates. He says, “Coming into work every day presents new challenges, and I couldn’t do it without the wonderful people I work with.” Dr. Aruca considers himself to be “detail-oriented and caring.”
In his spare time, Dr. Aruca enjoys walking his dog and spending time with family. He is a sports fan and loves cheering for the Miami Heat. He also used to play on a lacrosse team.
