Dr. Jacinta Elder-Arrington is board certified in internal medicine. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Howard University and her doctorate from George Washington University. Her internship in internal medicine was completed at Akron General Medical Center and her hematology and oncology fellowship at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Elder-Arrington is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.
“It’s an honor to serve patients in this capacity and I will take care of them the same way I would want a member of my family to be cared for,” said Dr. Elder-Arrington. “I understand where they are and if I don’t have the answers, I usually know where to look which is what being professionally trained means to me.”
