About Kimberly Zielke
Dr. Kimberly Zielke, who specializes in palliative care and hospice care, has always been “fascinated by the human body.” Her favorite part of her profession is making a difference in people’s lives, which she does by “showing patients that they matter, advocating for them, providing education in a nonjudgmental manner, and treating them like family.” During appointments, she gives her full attention to patients. “I want to see my patients for who they are, and I want them to be able to share what is important to them,” she says. She “appreciates the strength and resilience” of her senior patients.
In her free time, Dr. Zielke loves reading, enjoying nature, and visiting her daughters. She also likes ironing while watching tennis.
