About Maureen Alvarado
Dr. Maureen Alvarado knew at an early age that she wanted to become a physician. “To me, it is very rewarding to be able to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of my patients,” she says. She aims to treat her patients like family and wants them to know that she genuinely cares about them. “We create and execute treatment plans together, I follow through and listen,” she explains. Dr. Alvarado is a strong proponent for preventative medicine and healthcare accessibility. “I enjoy assisting, advocating, and representing our seniors,” she says.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Alvarado can be found enjoying time with her family by the ocean. She shares that she is “an introvert at heart.”
