About Nathaniel Sherwood
Dr. Nathaniel Sherwood knew in high school that he wanted to pursue a career as a physician. “I saw it as the best way to combine my love of science and desire to help others,” he explains. His favorite part of his profession is knowing he can help people every day. “I enjoy being able to help such a deserving population,” he says of his senior patients. He emphasizes preventative care to help them “live happier, healthier, and longer lives.” He always takes the time to get to know his patients. “Once I know my patient, I can develop plans to help them achieve and maintain better health,” he says.
Outside of work, Dr. Sherwood loves spending time with his family and cooking barbeque. He is a proud Navy Veteran.
