Doctor Victoria Cimino earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond. After graduating, she traveled South America, volunteering in medical clinics and underserved communities. She went on to earn her doctorate at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and her master’s in public health at Columbia University.
“I believe in treating the person, not the disease,” says Dr. Cimino. “My goal is not to treat the patient’s acute illness, but to prevent the illness in the first place. I want my patients to stay healthy so they can enjoy life rather than be sick or in a hospital.”
When she is not at work, Dr. Cimino enjoys spending time with family, dancing, and yoga.
