IT'S A FIESTA, AND YOU'RE INVITED!
Come experience a two-week celebration for Fiesta Medal.
You are invited to join ONE of our events to receive a personalized one-on-one tour and meet our doctors. Each senior will receive a fiesta medal, plus door prizes and arts and crafts*.
Medals will be distributed between 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Our care facilitators will teach you how to make your own pinata.

Learn how to make Papel Picado and create your own Mexican Folk Art.
Thursday | Fiesta Hat Day | April 20 & 27
Bring your own Fiesta hat and accessorize it here at our center.
Friday | Flower Dresses & Guayaberas Day | April 21 & 28

Your safety is our priority. Tours will be scheduled by appointment to ensure proper social distancing. As such, we will only allow a limited number of seniors each day. Some services are not covered under all plans. Check your plan documents for details and service availability at each individual center. Due to space and time limitations, some services are not available at all centers. Limitations, copayments and restrictions may apply. Limited one bag per person. While supplies last. May not be combined with other offers. Promotional value is nominal. Limit 20 medals per day Monday-Thursday, 30 medals per day on Friday.
