Dr. Federlin Jean believes in shared decision-making. “Actively listening to patients’ concerns can help make a difference in patients’ lives. I believe this can align our goals and contribute to better shared clinical decision making,” he says. His favorite part of his profession is developing relationships with patients and watching their health improve. “I want to serve as a guide for patients towards better health,” he says. He especially enjoys his time with his senior patients. “There is a lot to learn from being involved in their care,” he says.
Dr. Jean can be found cooking Caribbean food or playing basketball in his free time. He also loves watching movies and dreams of one day having a home theater.
