“I have always wanted to be in a position where I make an impact on the healthcare needs of the community,” Dr. Olujoke Brimah Jones explains. She adds, “I believe in caring for the patient as a whole, not just treating the disease.” Her favorite part of being a physician is “seeing people recover from an illness and going back to living a normal life.” To keep up with the latest medical advancements, she attends conferences and regularly engages in research. She also “runs a charity that takes volunteers on medical missions to Africa.”
When not caring for patients, Dr. Jones can be found designing and decorating clothing and household items. She also enjoys quilting, traveling, and going to concerts.
