Very early in life, Dr. Regine Gonel knew that she wanted to be a doctor. “I care a lot about people and have always wanted to help,” says Dr. Gonel, who is an internal medicine physician. As she uses her knowledge, skills, and teamwork to provide the best care for seniors, one of her favorite parts is making connections. “It is wonderful to see how a few words of compassion can start helping my patients.”
Away from work, Dr. Gonel enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is also passionate about experiencing new cultures and food, so Dr. Gonel loves to visit other countries. “I am mesmerized by our diversities and what connects us,” she adds.
