About Tolu Abikoye
Since he was a teenager, Dr. Tolu Abikoye has loved caring for others. He was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by his father, who is a surgeon. He explains that he was taught “to care for the whole person, mind, and body.” His favorite part of his profession is connecting with patients and working towards their health goals. “I enjoy listening to patients to learn what bothers them most about their health,” he explains. If he could change anything about healthcare today, he would “ensure patients get more access to their physicians.”
When Dr. Abikoye is not caring for patients, he can be found playing sports. He especially enjoys cross-country skiing, rollerblading, golfing, and biking.
