Total Health Visit
The Total Health Visit is so much more than a regular check-up. It includes tests and screenings that give your new doctor a picture of your total health. The Total Health Visit takes about 90 minutes and includes things you would normally expect in a regular physical, and so much more.
- We’ll start with getting a urine sample.
- We’ll also check your height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and oxygen levals – all the usual tests.
- Next up, we’ll have you answer some questions to understand a bit about your health history and how you feel today – both physically and emotionally.
- Then, we’ll conduct VPT, or Vibration Perception Threshold testing to check your nerves. Don’t worry, it’s not painful!
- We’ll also perform an electrocardiogram (EKG) to "listen” for heart conditions and an echocardiogram to “see” your heart.
- Finally, we’ll collect a blood sample so we can run some labs. Once done, you’ll sit down with your doctor to go over the results and create a wellness plan together.
