About Julie Allen
Dr. Julie Allen saw the impact that communication and cultural understanding has on patient care when her father had health problems—and it inspired her to become a physician. “I truly enjoy meeting patients, and I try to make a difference in their day with a friendly face, positive attitude, and respect,” says Dr. Allen, who is board-certified in family medicine. “As I help my senior patients meet their health goals, I enjoy learning from them as well.”
When she’s not working or keeping up with medical research, Dr. Allen likes to shop for décor, cook for a crowd, cheer on the New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons, and visit family in the northeast. She hopes to see France and Italy one day, too.
