About Karla Curet
Dr. Karla Curet discovered her calling early in life, while working at her grandfather’s practice in Puerto Rico. As a board-certified internal medicine physician, she loves to advocate for patients in need, serve the community, and develop her interest in science. “My favorite part is building relationships with senior patients and their families,” she says. “I always do my best to address their medical concerns and other issues that affect their life.”
When she’s not providing care or researching, Dr. Curet enjoys quality time with her husband and daughter. Her favorite activities are dancing, fitness, spending time outdoors, and cooking. One day, Dr. Curet hopes to visit Venice as well.
