Lester Ramos was called to medicine by a lifelong desire to help others — a purpose that deepened when he found his passion in caring for the senior population. "I'm drawn to the way older adults carry an entire lifetime of experiences, resilience, and stories," he says. He is committed to supporting older adults through complex health needs with patience, dignity, and compassion. "It's a population that deserves advocacy, empathy, and thoughtful clinical care," he says. For Lester, every patient encounter is an opportunity to show patients that they truly matter and are genuinely cared for.
When not with patients, Lester enjoys spending quality time with his son and daughter, staying active through soccer, basketball, and ping pong, hiking, and tackling home projects. He also loves reading while listening to music — the perfect combination of learning and relaxation.
