About Liney Rivero Ramos
Liney Rivero Ramos is a family nurse practitioner who has also proudly served as a doctor in Cuba. As a teenager, she “loved the idea of helping people,” which led her to pursue a career in medicine. She loves assisting patients with managing their health problems. “The best part is when they get good outcomes and become more healthy,” she says. If she could change anything about healthcare today, she would improve accessibility. Having worked in healthcare in multiple countries, she explains that across cultures, the common goal is to “keep patients healthy and stable without further complications to increase life expectancy.”
In her free time, Liney Rivero Ramos loves going to the beach with her family.
