About Pitamber Persaud
Dr. Pitamber Persaud chose to pursue a career in healthcare because he “wanted to help people in need.” He always listens to patients and strives to “address their problems as much as possible.” He explains, “I am here for them and to make a difference in their lives.” He especially likes caring for the senior population and always treats patients how he would want family to be treated. If he could change anything about healthcare today, he would increase accessibility and affordability. He finds it important to engage in lifelong learning. “Get updated knowledge wherever you can—it’s everywhere!” he says.
Dr. Persaud enjoys watching movies in his down time. He also likes collecting currency notes from different countries.
