About Sarah Bin Khalaf
Dr. Sarah Bin Khalaf knew at an early age that she wanted to be a physician. “Around six or seven years old, my mother took me to a toy shop and I chose a doctor toy and started to practice on my sisters and brothers,” she says. Her favorite part of her profession is “meeting people” and talking with them “about different health topics and how it can be affected by the lifestyle they follow.” She also enjoys getting to know patients beyond their health to help establish a strong relationship. Her desire to care for the senior population comes from an understanding that “the goals and management plan start to change with the aging.”
When not with patients, Dr. Bin Khalaf can be found enjoying time with her family. She also likes farming and traveling.
