Stawa Blanco loves caring for people. “Knowing that someone feels better because of you, someone is taking their medication correctly because of you, someone is staying healthy because of you gives me an intrinsic feeling of happiness, which I cannot explain,” she says. She approaches every patient with empathy and takes the time to understand their needs. She views her relationship with patients as a partnership and strives to be accessible. “You will be part of the care team in any decision regarding your health. The goal is keeping you healthy and keeping you out of the hospital,” she says.
In her free time, Stawa Blanco loves traveling to new places. She has been inside the pyramids in Egypt as well as the White House.
