About Timothy Chan
Growing up, Dr. Timothy “Tim” Chan noticed the lack of resources available to his brother, who has autism spectrum disorder. This observation ignited his interest in the medical field. “I try to educate my patients about managing their dignoses in the hope they can take ownership of their health. I find it rewarding when patients are able to feel good about their health in their advanced years,” he says. He likes partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals. He explains, “I listen to my patients to understand where they come from and include them in the decision-making process.”
In his free time, Tim can be found playing board games, reading fiction books, or spending quality time with his wife and friends.
