Dr. Adam Rhodes, who cannot remember a time when he did not want to be a doctor, specializes in geriatrics and family medicine. “One of the most rewarding parts of practicing medicine is letting people know that they have been heard. This doesn’t just apply to their medical concerns or medications but to who they are,” he says. Dr. Rhodes loves working with the senior population and emphasizing value-based care. “Our focus should be more on staying healthy, rather than waiting for an illness and then trying to reverse it,” he says.
In his free time, Dr. Rhodes and his family love camping and hiking. He also enjoys learning new hobbies, like shooting drone photography and cultivating bonsai. Dr. Rhodes hopes to one day visit Italy.
