About Clementie Sinigur
Clementie "Clem" Sinigur has wanted to work in medicine since he was a child — fascinated by science and driven by a desire to help people. Life took him on a different path first, but at 29 he committed to pursuing that dream. "I've been practicing for 8 years and I feel like I belong here," he says. Clem brings a warm, hands-on approach to every patient encounter — truly listening to understand why patients are in the clinic, asking thoughtful questions, and treating every older adult the way he would care for a family member.
Clem takes pride in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and maintain their independence. "I help people walk better or get their motion back and go places — even if that place is walking to the kitchen or bathroom without pain," he says. For Clem, restoring that independence is what keeps patients active and engaged in the lives they love.
When not with patients, Clem enjoys fishing, playing tennis, hiking, and traveling with his wife. These days, however, his greatest joy is spending time with his one-year-old daughter — and watching their dog run circles around her.
